Sounds unbelievable? It's true. At Resulting we have just completed an amazing research study to see how many existing SAP customers are on time, on budget and on value with their SAP investment. One of the shocking headline conclusions is that after 20 years of ERP "best practices", only 48.5% of respondents said that they were on value, i.e. meeting the business objectives in their original business case!
